How we use sub-processors
Finance Operating System uses the providers below to deliver the Service. Each is bound by a data-processing or equivalent agreement requiring safeguards consistent with our Data Processing Addendum.Finance Operating System is based in the State of Florida, United States.
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a sub-processor that will process customer personal data. To request notice, email privacy@financeoperatingsystem.com.

Customer responsibilities
Enabling an optional integration (bank connections, payroll, OCR, or Copilot) is an instruction to Finance Operating System to transfer the relevant data to that sub-processor. You can disable optional integrations in the product where offered.
